Darshan Academy, Pune organized a workshop on August 5, 2021, on the latest pedagogical approaches for teaching. The workshop was lead by Mrs Rangoli Saxena, DA Pune principal. She trained the teachers in the VAKT learning styles and introduced the ideas of joyful learning, emphasizing the importance of conducting stress-free classes during this online phase of education. The discussions were supported with examples which helped teachers to relate to the approach easily. Various tools like storytelling, role play, teaching aids and digital tools were explored. The workshop was a great learning experience for the teachers and motivated them to deliver their best to the students.
