Darshan Academy recently organized a series of professional development training sessions for its teachers, focusing on innovative pedagogical approaches across various subjects. Ms. Prabhjeet Kaur and Ms. Hemangi led a session on cutting-edge methodologies in Mathematics education, while Ms. Kirti Nanoti and Ms. Manisha Munde conducted a session on the latest practices in Science teaching, emphasizing art-integrated learning, the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Additionally, Vice Principal Ms. Vinita Seth facilitated a session on Goal Setting, aimed at enhancing teachers’ performance and fostering their professional growth. These training sessions were instrumental in helping teachers stay updated with current educational trends and improve their teaching skills.
