Parent-Child Clay Ganesha Making Competition

To celebrate the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi, Darshan Academy, Pune, organized a vibrant Clay Ganesha Idol Making Competition for students from Nursery to Grade XII along with their parents on 23rd August. The event was a beautiful blend of creativity, devotion, and sustainability, as participants used eco-friendly materials to craft their unique Ganesha idols. The event strengthened parent–child bonding, showcased artistic expression, and promoted environmentally conscious celebrations.
The competition was judged by Ms. Ashwini Borkar and Ms. Shweta Khurana, who had the delightful challenge of selecting winners among so many thoughtful and inspiring creations.
Head of School, Ms. Vinita Seth, expressed her joy, sharing that the event truly reflects the essence of Ganesh Chaturthi while fostering a stronger school–parent–child connect and embracing sustainable practices. To mark the occasion of our 30 Years – Pearl Jubilee Celebration, handmade mementoes were presented to the esteemed judges by the Head of School. Heartfelt thank you to all participants for making this event so memorable and meaningful!
