Darshan Academy, Pune organized the Roti Bank and Sharing and Caring activities as a part of the Diwali celebration, with the purpose of helping underprivileged people as well as sensitizing students to develop kindness and empathy towards people in need. Students accompanied by staff brought fresh roties packed in foil along with dry vegetables to various areas adopted by the school for distribution. The Sharing and Caring initiative gave students the opportunity to distribute clothes, toys and eatables among the underprivileged sections of the society. The joy of giving was felt by all.
